AIROH USA® HELMET LIMITED WARRANTY

Airoh USA® helmets are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to helmets purchased and used within the United States and is the sole warranty offered by Airoh USA®. All helmets must be registered with airohusa.com within 30 days of purchase.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Environmental factors, improper use, storage conditions, accidental impacts, or normal wear can affect the helmet’s protective performance. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period. Any repaired or replaced product remains covered only for the balance of the original term.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a covered defect is identified within five (5) years of the original purchase date, Airoh USA® will repair or replace the defective product after verification of the defect. To qualify for warranty service, the helmet must have been registered with Airoh USA® within thirty (30) days of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty covers only manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, normal wear, scratches, abrasions, paint chips, visor damage, adhesives/stickers, accidents, unauthorized modifications, repaints, chemical or sunlight exposure, or issues of fit, comfort, or noise. Use of non-Airoh® accessories also voids coverage.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Airoh USA® shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including injury, death, or property loss arising from use or misuse of the helmet.

WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS

For warranty service, contact Airoh USA® or the retailer where the helmet was purchased. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Airoh USA® reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping the helmet to Airoh USA® for evaluation. If the claim is approved, Airoh USA® will cover the cost of freight for the replacement helmet.
