**Holiday Shipping Deadlines**

Please place order by the dates below for delivery before Christmas.

  • Ground Shipping-Order by December 15th
  • 3-Day Shipping-Order by December 17th
  • 2-Day Shipping-Order by December 18th
  • Next Day Shipping-Order by December 22nd

Free Ground Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $149 (before tax and discounts). 

This promo cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Offer applies to orders shipping within the continental U.S. only.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Options & Cutoff Times

We offer Ground, 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next-Day shipping options.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri) will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day.

Delivery Timelines (after shipment):
Ground: 5–7 business days
2-Day: 2 business days
3-Day: 3 business days
Next-Day: by end of next business day

Airoh is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

Order Terms & Conditions

1. Order Acceptance
All purchases made on airohusa.com are processed and completed in Murrieta, California. Orders are not considered accepted until approved by Airoh. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, insurance, or duties unless otherwise noted.

2. Delivery Terms
All orders are shipped Carriage Paid to Destination (CPT-Destination) from Murrieta, California. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.

3. Personal Use Only
Products purchased from Airoh are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Warranty
All Airoh products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Legal & Liability Information

5. Limitation of Liability
Airoh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including delays or lost profits.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unexpected disruptions such as natural disasters, war, or labor strikes, Airoh reserves the right to cancel undelivered orders without penalty.

7. Indemnification
Customers agree to hold Airoh harmless from any claims or losses resulting from improper use of products or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law
All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal actions must be brought in Riverside County, CA. The prevailing party may recover legal fees.

9. Severability & Non-Waiver
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. Failure to enforce a policy is not a waiver of that right.
