Refund policy

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all
    original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact Airoh Customer Service
    at info@airohusa.com or call 1–800-773-9109 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
    or included in the “Sending To” section of the shipping label.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Airoh.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return
    of your package.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any
    applicable shipping charges.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for
    processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your
    account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need an exchange, please follow the
    return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
